Yoloo was Founded in 2001, and merged by India UPL in 2020.
2017年，燕化永乐公司投资2.2亿人民币在乐亭建成了拥有6个标准厂房和7个库房以及2000平米研发中心的现代化农药制剂生产工厂，拥有员工300余人。
In 2017, Yoloo invested 220 million RMB to build a modern pesticide production factory in Laoting, which has 6 standard workshops, 7 warehouses and 2,000 square meters of R&D center, with more than 300 employees.
